Hello from the other end of the pipeline

This is all coming from a single bootstrapped monorepo.

API health: checking...

1. Infrastructure - GitHub workflows pick up the OpenTofu config and deploy the needed resources.
2. Authentication - Workflows assume a short-lived AWS role. No secrets or environment variables.
3. CDN Files - Static assets are pushed to an S3-backed CloudFront CDN.
4. Serverless API - Backend .NET project is deployed as a serverless Lambda that runs at the edge.
